Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order ready as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods
We offer cash on delivery. Delivery times will vary based on your chosen destination.
Domestic Shipping
For orders within Beirut, standard shipping usually takes between 1–3 business days for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will begin preparing it and hand it over to the delivery company.
The driver carrying your package should contact you within 1–2 days after the order has been placed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is $4 across all of Lebanon.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Address Accuracy
It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. XEL Fit is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our team within a few days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to multiple delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Alternatively, you may request a refund for the product amount, minus the original shipping fee and any applicable return charges.
